The point is that the world we live in is a busy place and even when people have Diabetes, they still have to stay focused, be on-time, and produce like everyone else.    Fast food restaurants have become part of the landscape in America and abroad. In fact, the estimates are that about 12% of workers in America have actually worked at a McDonalds Restaurant at some point in their lives!
   Now most folks would agree that eating fast food is not the healthiest option, but there are times where the convenience makes it worth considering. But what about for people that have Diabetes?

Move Over Apple - Here comes Yogurt!

   You have all heard the old adage "An Apple a Day keeps the Doctor away". Now, I like apples as much as the next person, and they are healthy. (Quite honestly, I have never actually seen a doctor while I was eating an apple, so I guess it does work!)
   However, a new study suggests that "Eating a Yogurt each Day helps keep Diabetes Away!" Now that seems like a pretty good thing too!
