That Used to be Broccoli ???

   We have all occasionally pulled out that "piece of I-don't-remember-what" out of our refrigerators. We don't want to waste food so we wrap it up (or so we think) and fully intend to eat it in the future, and then we forget it. For most people, this practice adds some interesting odors when you open the door. As much as you want to play "What's Causing That Smell", it is still better to keep everything rotated for freshness.

Move Over Apple - Here comes Yogurt!

   You have all heard the old adage "An Apple a Day keeps the Doctor away". Now, I like apples as much as the next person, and they are healthy. (Quite honestly, I have never actually seen a doctor while I was eating an apple, so I guess it does work!)
   However, a new study suggests that "Eating a Yogurt each Day helps keep Diabetes Away!" Now that seems like a pretty good thing too!
